A friend of mine needs a house cleaned once or twice a month in South Seattle, near Seward Park (that's 10 minutes south of I-90 on Rainier Avenue). The neighborhood is Columbia City.
The housecleaner should be a registered business owner or an employee of a cleaning business, insured, etc.
